     These miracles of life have made our life very comfortable. These miracles are the fastest means of communications i.e. Satellite Phones, Mobiles Phones, Internet, Computers, Laptops, Palmtops, Televisions, Radio etc. The science has also done miracles in the fields of Engineering, Medicines, Medical Equipment, Space Race, Transportation and almost in all the other fields of life. Science has also produced nuclear bombs and other weapons which can cause vast destruction in a few moments. But, everything has a good and a bad use. If we use science for peaceful purposes, we can make his world like a paradise.

     One Day a lion lay sleeping in the forest in the forest. A mouse ran across his nose in his paw and was about to crash him. The mouse, however, begged so hard for his life that the lion let him go. Not long afterwards, the lion was caught in a hunter's net. He roared loudly and struggled hard to get out of the net, but all his efforts to be free were in vain. Just then came the same little mouse. He at once started gnawing the ropes. In a short time the mouse set the lion free.

     A bee was very thirsty. It went to a spring to quench its thirst. While it was drinking, it fell into the stream and was carried away swiftly along the current. Just then, a dove happened to reach there. She saw the life of the bee in danger. Seeing the struggles of the poor bee, the dove dropped a twig on the water near the bee. The bee crawled on to the twig. When its wings dried, it flew away. Not long after this, the bee saw a hunter with his gun to shoot at the same dove which had saved his life. At once it flew to the hunter's hand and stung him so hard that he startled up with pain and missed the aim. The dove flew away unharmed, thanking the bee.
     Moral: Do good and have good.

     One day a wolf went to a stream to drink water. As he was drinking water he saw a lamb. The lamb was drinking water lower down the stream. Seeing the poor lamb, the wolf grew desirous to eat it. He Said, "What  a nice lamb!" It will make me a good dinner." He then thought of picking a quarrel with the lamb. So he began to find an excuse. He went to the lamb and said, "You wicked lamb, why have you made the water dirty? Don't you see I am drinking?" To this the lamb replied, "Sir, the water is running form you to me. How can I make the water dirty for you?" The wolf said "Well, why did you abuse me last year?" "Sir, replied the lamb,"I was not even born a year ago." "Then" said the angry world angrily, "It must have been your father or mother," So saying he fell upon the poor lamb and ate him up.
     Moral: Might is Right.

     Once a crow found a piece of cheese from somewhere. He flew and perched on the branch of an oak tree. He was about to eat it when a hungry fox passed from there and saw the crow with a piece of cheese in his beak. His mouth was watered. He wanted to snatch that piece of cheese from the crow. So, the fox began to flatter the crow. He admire the shining black feathers of the crow. He said to the crow., "I want to listen to your melodious song, Would you sing it for me?" The crow was heightened to hear his admiration. The Crow was totally deceived by the oily tongue of the fox. As soon as he opened his mouth to caw. the cheese slipped from his beak and fell on the ground. The fox grabbed it and ran away. The poor crow was left with a sense of astonishment at the craftiness of the fox.
     Moral: Beware of Flattery.

     Once upon a time, there lived an old farmer in a remote village who had three sons. All of them were very querulous, insolent and disobedient. When, he was at the deathbed, he called out of his sons and asked them to bring a pile of sticks. His orders was executed. Then, he asked his sons to break that pile of sticks altogether. All of them struggled hard in order to break it but all failed to do so. Then, he told them to untie it and break the sticks one by one. Each one broke his stick with easily. At this he advised them that if they wold remain unified and united then no one would dare harm them just like the sticks. His sons were so much impressed by this simple demonstration of their father. They acted upon their father's advice and began to live contentedly.
     Moral: Union is Strength.

     Two friends were going through the forest. One of them said to the other, "If any beast comes out of the trees, I will stand by you and help you." The other replied. " I'll stand by you too if any beast comes out. After a little time there was some noise and big bear came out of the trees. At once one of the friends, in great fear, climbed up a tree and hid himself among the branches. The other, who was fat and unable to get up into a tree, laid on the ground and pretended to be dead. He did this because he had heard that a bear would never touch sniffed at him. The bear, supposing him to be dead, went away. The other friend now came down from the tree and said, What did the bear say to you in your ear?" The friend answered, "The bear said, "Don't go with a friend who runs away when you need his help most."

     One day a hare made fun of the short legs and slow pace of a tortoise. The tortoise felt annoyed and challenged the hare to run a race with him. The Hare took up the challenge. Next day the race started. The hare ran very fast and soon left the tortoise far behind. The Hare, knowing that he could get to the end of the course in a few leaps. Lay down by the side of the road and fell fast asleep. On the other hand, he tortoise, without stopping for a moment, went on steadily and slowly until he reached the goal. A little later, the hare woke up and saw about and ran as fast as he could to reach the finish line. But the hare found that the tortoise has reached the goal before him and was quietly resting.

God Helps those who help themselves

     Once a crow was very thirsty. He flew all over the places in search of water but found water nowhere. At last, he happened to pass a garden and there he found a pitcher. It, at once, flew to it to see if there was any water in it. It looked in and found that there was a little water in it. He tried his best to reach the water. but all in vain. It, then tried to push the pitcher over, but it was too heavy enough to do so. Then, he saw some pebbles lying near the pitcher. He thought of a good idea. He picked them up one by one and dropped them into the pitcher. This made the water rise higher and higher. At last water rose to the top. Then he quenched his thirst satisfactorily. He thanked God and flew away.
     Moral:  No Pains, No Gains. God Helps those who help themselves. Necessity in the mother of Invention.

     A hunter had a dog. The dog was very faithful and loved the hunter's only son very much. The hunter had no one else in the house.
     One Day, he went out for hunting and forgot to get his dog with him. His son was still sleeping. After a long time he thought of the dog and his son. He decided to go back to home. He came home and found his dog blood stained. He thought that the dog had killed his son. He at once fired and killed the dog. he entered the house hastily and found his son safe and sound. His son told his father about the fight between the faithful dog and the wolf who had entered the house to kill him. The faithful dog saved his son's life. The hunter felt very sorry but of no sue.
     Moral: Haste makes waste.
